IT Support Engineer

We are currently offering a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our busy team of technical of engineers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot problems over the phone using remote access software
  • Assist with a wide range of IT projects
  • Support, administer and re-build Windows servers
  • Accurate documentation and time recording
  • Maintenance and support of client networks, equipment, software and services
  • 1st / 2nd Line technical support of external clients
  • Visiting client sites

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years IT support experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • MCTS/MCSE advantageous

Technical skills required:

  • Microsoft Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Lync Online
  • Windows Server 2008 & 2012
  • Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016
  • Exchange 2010 / 2013
  • Windows 7 / 8 / 10
  • Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / VPN / TCP/IP / VOIP
  • Hyper-V / RDS / Terminal Services
  • Apple Mac knowledge advantageous
  • Firewalls (SonicWALL advantageous)
